hot melt butyl rubber plays a role for the first step sealing and bonding of insulating glass in the production process of insulating glass plant, and it has an excellent moisture resistance system together with elastic sealant with extremely low water vapor transmission rate and excellent anti-ultraviolet light irradiation.

1. Appearance: homogeneous black putty.       

2. Odor: odorless.

3. Denseness: forever ductility.

4. Suitable Temperature：-40℃-80℃, keep the surface and edges and corners non-cracking, non-drooped.

5. Extruding temperature: 130℃ or so.  

6. Ultraviolet Radiation Resistance:Qualified.

Product Features

1.single component.

2. main material is imported polyisobutylene.

3.non-solvent, non-vulcanized and having permanent ductility as the primary seal of insulating glass.

4. the ductility and airproof can be kept within wide range.

5. the sealant surface is non-cracking, non-hardened.

6. It has strong adhesion to glass and aluminum alloy.

manufacure requirement

1.The surface of glass and aluminum bar needed be bonded should be clean ,dry and removing dust and oil.

2. Before putting the sealant into the cylinder,make sure the surface of sealant clean．

3.CX-series hot melt butyl sealant for insulating glass must be used in   combination with special butyl rubber coating machine. The proper   temperature is 110-140℃.Construction temperature is no less than 5℃.

4.Please stored in clean and dry environment.
