TPSS thermoplastic spacer warm edge sealant is a kind of polymer material elastomer its function is to replace thetraditional insulating glass spacer， molecular sieve and butyl sealant which has certain rigidity， good sealing and water absorption performance， To a certain extent， it has certain supporting role and can meet all the performancerequirements of the production and application of high energy saving insulating glass.

4. Suitable Temperature：-40℃-80℃, keep the surface and edges and corners non-cracking, non-drooped.

5. Extruding temperature: 110-140℃。

manufacure requirement

1.The surface of glass and aluminum bar needed be bonded should be clean ,dry and removing dust and oil.

2. Before putting the sealant into the cylinder,make sure the surface of sealant clean．

3.CX-series hot melt butyl sealant for insulating glass must be used in    combination with special butyl rubber coating machine. The proper    temperature is 110-140℃.Construction temperature is no less than 5℃.

4.Please stored in clean and dry environment.
